Imagine yourself traversing the impressive alpine landscapes, where each walk reveals a new surprise, relaxing by the crystal-clear lakes that reflect the majesty of the mountains. From towering peaks dominating the horizon to picturesque villages that seem straight out of a fairy tale, this region offers a unique and memorable experience.
Each day brings a new surprise: explore panoramic trails, discover the serenity of Lake Braies and Lake Garda, and revitalize yourself in the healing thermal waters. This itinerary combines the thrill of exploration with the pleasure of relaxation, providing moments of pure beauty and tranquility. Come experience the splendor of the Dolomites and be enchanted by a dreamlike setting!
Itinerary
Day 1: Milan and Bergamo
Our journey begins with a flight to Milan. Upon arrival, we will take a short tour of the city. We will visit the magnificent Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano), a Gothic masterpiece and one of the largest cathedrals in the world. Then, we will explore the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a beautiful example of 19th-century architecture and a great place for shopping or having a coffee. We will also pass by the famous Teatro alla Scala, one of the most renowned opera houses in the world.
Day 2: San Pellegrino Thermal Baths, Valle di Funes, Barbiano Waterfall, and Brunico
We start early from Bergamo towards the San Pellegrino thermal baths, enjoying the invigorating thermal waters that made this place famous. Next, we head to Valle di Funes, one of the most picturesque areas of the Dolomites, known for its stunning alpine landscapes and photogenic churches, such as the Church of Santa Maddalena. Then, we visit Barbiano Waterfall, an impressive waterfall offering great hiking and photography opportunities. We end the day in Brunico, a charming alpine town where we can explore the historic center. Arrival in Ortisei, which will be our base for the next few days.
Day 3: Lake Braies and Cortina d'Ampezzo
Today, we visit the stunning Lake Braies, also known as the "Pearl of Alpine Lakes," famous for its crystal-clear waters and fairy-tale scenery. After a walk around the lake, we head to Cortina d'Ampezzo. In Cortina, we stroll along Corso Italia, the main street full of boutiques and cafes, visit the Church of Saints Philip and James, and admire the Monument to the Guide Angelo Dibona.
Day 4: Lake Misurina and Cascata delle Pile
We start the day with a visit to Lake Misurina, surrounded by majestic mountains that provide a perfect setting to relax and enjoy the tranquility. This lake is known for its calm waters and the surrounding natural beauty, making it an excellent spot for light walks and photography. We then move on to Cascata delle Pile, an impressive waterfall.
Day 5: The Three Peaks of Lavaredo
The day is dedicated to exploring the iconic Three Peaks of Lavaredo, one of the most famous sights in the Dolomites. We can take a hike around these impressive rock formations, enjoying spectacular views and the serenity of the alpine environment. This is an ideal day for nature and photography enthusiasts.
Day 6: Merano Thermal Baths, Bolzano, and Tirol
We leave Ortisei early and head to Merano. We start the day at the famous Merano Thermal Baths, a modern thermal complex offering indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and spa treatments. It's the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.
After relaxing in the thermal baths, we explore the city of Merano. We stroll through the Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, an impressive botanical garden. Next, we visit the historic center, including the Tappeiner Promenade, a panoramic walk offering stunning views of the city and the Alps. On our way back to Ortisei, we stop in picturesque villages like Tirol, where we visit Tyrol Castle, offering panoramic views and an exhibition on local history. We continue to Dorf Tirol, a charming village with traditional Tyrolean architecture and small craft shops.
Day 7: Venice
We leave Ortisei early and head to Venice.
Upon arrival in Venice, we begin our visit in St. Mark's Square, where we can admire St. Mark's Basilica and St. Mark's Campanile. We visit the Doge's Palace and cross the Bridge of Sighs.
We enjoy a vaporetto ride through the canals of Venice, appreciating the architecture and romantic atmosphere of the city.
Day 8: Return home
Bid farewell to Italy and its wonderful Dolomites with a flight from Venice to your home destination

Accommodation:
The stay will be in individual or double beds in shared rooms, as the experience is meant to be lived in community.
Meals:
Full board: Completely vegetarian meals (vegan and gluten-free options available at extra cost). Meals will be organized by the group, and everyone is invited to participate in their preparation, experiencing one of the most important aspects: nourishing our bodies. We will take advantage of local products and seasonal offerings.
Transport:
9-seater van. Accompanied by Liliana and Carlos Martins, who will provide guidance and transport throughout the circuit, daily program, and logistics. Conducted in Portuguese.
